How do I request my medical records?
Do I have to remember another username and password?
How long does it take to process requests?
We work to fulfill record requests as quickly as possible. Many requests are completed in as few as 8 business hours, and most are processed within a few business days.
Some requests may require additional review and could take longer. Please note that, under HIPAA guidelines, processing may take up to 30 days. If additional time is needed, you will be notified in accordance with applicable regulations. If you have questions about the status of your request, please reach out to HealthMark at status@healthmark-group.com for an update.
